Ingredients :
- 3 Tablespoons tomato sauce.
- Sour cream to taste.
- 1 Red onion cloves.
- 5 Tbsp Cooking oil.
- 3 Beetroots Fruits.
- Parsley to taste.
- Pepper to taste.
- 600 Gram Beef.
- 3 Garlic cloves.
- Enough water.
- Sugar to taste.
- 1/2 Cabbage.
- Salt to taste.
- 4 Potatoes.
- 2 Carrots.
- 1 Lemon.
- 1 Onion.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Then wash the beetroots, carrots, potatoes, and cabbages until clean. then set aside.
- Turn on the stove and give the cooking oil.
- Saute the onion until browned, add onion, garlic, and meat.
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the tomato sauce and stir well, then let stand for a while.
- Stir and add water, Wait for 80 minutes with low heat.
- While waiting for cooked meat, cut carrots and beetroots lengthwise.
- Chop the cabbage leaves, and cut the potatoes like the dice.
- Prepare the skillet, pour the oil and saute the beetroots for less 10 minutes.
- If it's 10 minutes, enter the carrot. Saute for a while. then set aside.
- Add the garlic and potatoes to the boiled meat, stir well.
- Add stir-fry beetroots, cabbage and carrots to the pan.
- Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste, then stir.
- Add 1/2 liter of water. Then cook for 40 minutes with low heat.
- Once cooked, enter the lemon water, and stir until blended.
- Serve bowl with parsley and sour cream on top.
