- 5 Tablespoons tomato sauce.
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt.
- 1 Teaspoon ground pepper.
- Coriander leaves to taste.
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil.
- 2 Tablespoons Fish oil.
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar.
- 600 Grams of chicken.
- 6 Cloves of garlic.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash chicken thoroughly then pepper and salt, allow a few moments for the marinade to sink in.
- Turn on the stove, prepare the frying pan, heat the oil on top, wait until hot, then put the chicken and fry until browned, then drain.
- Take a large bowl, then add the tomato sauce, sesame oil, fish oil, sugar, and garlic. Stir well.
- Prepare the frying pan, put all the ingredients into the pan. Saute for 3 minutes.
- After that add the chicken that has been fried into it.
- Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, then move the serving dish.
