Ingredients :
- 120 Grams of minced meat.
- 3 Tablespoons of butter.
- 6 Tablespoons of flour.
- Breadcrumbs to taste.
- 120 Grams macaroni.
- 2 Cloves of garlic.
- 1 Teaspoon salt.
- 1 Cloves onion.
- 260 Ml of milk.
- Sugar to taste.
- 1 Carrot.
- 4 Beans.
- 2 Eggs.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Boil the macaroni until cooked.
- Cut carrots and beans into pieces. Then chop the garlic and onions. Then set aside.
- Turn on the stove over medium heat and saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the minced meat and leave it half cooked.
- Add the carrot, green beans, and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir well and wait until cooked and set aside.
- Turn on the stove, melt the butter over the pan and mix it with the flour.
- Add milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Add the minced meat and cooked vegetables.
- Add the macaroni that has been boiled, stir until blended then leave for a while.
- Take the dough and shape like a small ball. Repeat until all the dough runs out.
- Place flour, breadcrumbs, and eggs on different plates.
- Then put the dough one by one the plate. Then put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the dough and fry until brownish then lift and drain.
- Place mac and cheese ball into the serving plate.
- Ready to be served.
