- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder.
- 3 Pieces of smoked beef.
- 3 Pieces of potatoes.
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon salt.
- Parsley to taste.
- 1 Onion.
- 1 Teaspoon sugar.
- 3 Tabspoon vinegar.
- 350 Ml chicken broth.
- 3 Tablespoon cooking oil.
- 1 Teaspoon mustard sauce.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
- Turn on the stove and boiled potatoes that have been cut until cooked. Then set aside.
- Take the bacon and cut it into pieces.
- Prepare the skillet and cook the bacon until brownish. Then lift and set aside.
- Cook the broth to boiling, then add pepper powder, salt, onion, sugar, vinegar and mustard sauce.
- Take a large bowl and enter the potatoes that have been boiled.
- Add the chicken broth and allow to cool.
- If it's cold. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
- Let stand for 5 hours for perfect seasoning.
- If the potato is ready, add the bacon and parsley leaves on top.
