Turkey mince is reasonable and lean - flavour Mexican-style with cumin and paprika and serve in crisp baked potatoes

Ingredients :
4 massive baking potatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
, chopped
1 ail, crushed
300g turkey mince
1 tbsp smoke-dried paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soft brownness sugar
350ml passata
reduced-fat Red Leicester, grated, to serve
4 spring onions
, chopped, to serve
Method :
Heat kitchen appliance to 200C/180C fan/gas half dozen. Use a fork to prick the potatoes everywhere. Rub with slightly of the oil, and bake for forty five minutes till tender.
