Banana Cendol is a favorite drink of most Indonesians. This drink is perfect for relieving thirst for example when breaking the fast. Making Banana Cendol is very easy does not need to smooth the bananas because it already uses KOBE Flour Banana Dough. The more delicious when eaten while cold. Added slices of jackfruit on top of this banana cendol makes the taste more legit. Cooking is more practical and cost-effective.

- 600 ml of water
- 1 hunk of Hunkwe flour
- 1 bks KOBE Flour Fried Banana Pie
- 300 ml of coconut milk
- pasta pandan to taste
- salt to taste
- red sugar syrup to taste
How to Make Banana Cendol:
- Cook 300 ml of water until boiling then mix with 1 pack of hunkwue flour, 1 packet of KOBE Pie Fried Banana Powder, and pasta pandan sufficiently then mix well
- Pour the dough over into 600 ml which is being boiled and stir gently and evenly
- Prepare ice water then print cendol porridge with mold cendolsambil pressed on ice water until dough runs out
- Cook coconut milk with salt, pandan leaves until cooked
- Serve cendol with coconut milk and red hula syrup and ice cubes
- Add the jackfruit slices on top to make it look beautiful
