Ingredients:
150 g chocolate dark high quality
250 g butter, soft
5 Egg
120 g of sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the icing :
100 ml of cream
100 g chocolate, dark, high-quality
1 dryed red chilli
1. Dough:
Melt the Butter and the chocolate in the water bath. Let the mass cool down.
2. Stir the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
3. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, add to the dough and stir.
4. When the chocolate butter mixture is only lukewarm, add to the dough and stir.
5. Fill the dough into a greased and floured jumping mold and bake at 160 ° (320° F) C for about 30 minutes.
6. Let the cake cool down.
7. For the icing heat the cream and let the chocolate melt in it.
8. Allow to cool a little and pour it over the cooled cake.
9. Let the cake cool down for about 2 hours.
