I stopped by to try another omelette rice and found the roast beef with mash potato appetizer. Most Japanese beef is really good and at a high grade, so it's no surprise this cold appetizer dish was so delicious. As with good beef, my omami taste buds are in paradise once again. It's the perfect appetizer to accompany my beer on my 2nd day of power shopping in Pacela Mall, Hiroshima.
