How to make?
Ingredients
Khasir meat 2 kgs, hot spices a few, talk yogurt, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of cardamom, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon, hot Spices, nutmeg-olives, 1 teaspoon, salt and 3 tablespoons of ghee.
For biryani: Basmati rice 1 kg, ghee half cup, onion leftover 3 tablespoons, hot spices a few, raisins 2 tablespoons, potato bokhar 7-8, 1 cup of mawa, 2 table spoons of gooseberry, 3 large potato chilli, 15 ghee, 1 table spoon of ghera, hot spices, nutmeg powder, half a teaspoon of salt, a little salt and a white color.
Method
Marinate the meat with meatballs. Pour all the spices in the oil and pour the meat. Cover for boiling. Give a little water if needed.Take down the meat after boiling. Put the potatoes in the pot and boil it with the color of the jararda and a little salt.Pour onion in a large bowl and pour all the spices on the rice. Give double water in rice.Boil the rice with salt and green chillies. When the rice is boiled, take half a liter of rice and pour the meat and keep it warm with the rest of the rice.Take a few minutes to leave the rose water.
