Sweet enough, bouncy, solid and soft .... and not dull ... impressive ... I took the challenge hehehhe ... not enough one slice ,,, want to add again: D
Ingredients for 8 servings
4 eggs Chicken Eggs.
120 grams of Sand Sugar.
1 teaspoon Cake Emulsifier.
16 grams of Wheat Flour.
1 teaspoon Salt.
60 ml Instant Soup.
60 grams of Margarine.
160 grams of Purple Sweet Potato.
Purple Dye 10 Drops.
60 grams White Cooking Chocolate to taste.
Chocolate jam ready to use sufficiently.
Butter to taste.
Cheddar cheese to taste.
Cherry Red Fruit.
Steps
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Heat the steamer.
- Melt the margarine.
- Melt White Cooking Chocolate.
- Prepare a baking dish size 26 x 12 x 7 cm, polished margarine, baked bread paper and sown wheat flour.
- In mixer bowl: Whisk egg, sugar and cake emulsifier.
The result is thick and fluffy like the picture above.
- Enter the flour and salt while sieving, enter the third part, stir well (low speed) do until the flour runs out.
In a small bowl: mix the coconut milk and 10 drops of purple dye. stir well
Put into mixer bowl, purple yellow one-third alternate with a mixture of coconut milk. stir well.
Enter the white cooking chocolate then melt margarine. stir well
Pour some of the dough into a baking sheet. steamed for 15 minutes.
Lift the pan in the first layer, then give choconut jam and flatten.
Pour the remaining dough into a baking sheet. steamed for 25 minutes until the purple sweet potato brownies ripen.
Note:
- optional jam can be changed any way to taste
- Use the cover on the lid of the steamer so the water does not fall to the dough. if not the result as shown above. heheheh
- if you do not want to use jam and do not want plated, it could be.
- Lift and chill.
- Stylish brownies to taste, I use butter on the surface of brownies, then sprinkle shredded cheese and sweeten the cherry.
Note:
Decorative materials can be changed anything to taste, eg: Sugar or Dark Cooking Chocolate spread spread.
