I just can’t eat frozen salmon. It’s seriously not for me. Fresh Norwegian salmon on the other hand is delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare.
This is my favorite thing to eat nowadays.
Pasta and salmon!
Cut the salmon is small pieces.
Mix four parts grainy mustard and one part honey, and toss the salmon in the mix.
It’s important to use good mustard!
Put that in the oven for fifteen minutes or so and boil pasta at the end.
I also have a confession: I do put ketchup on this. Don’t ask, don’t judge and just try it, haha!
I put some kale on top too. Just to make the dish look better really! Haha.
I am back from a week in Copenhagen, Denmark. And tomorrow I leave for a long and nice vacay at my family’s summer house! I can’t wait!
