Smoothie bowls are cheap, healthy and delicious. This green one is definitely super healthy and makes sure you start your day in the best way.
Ingredients

Two stems of kale
Four Frozen spinach pillows
Half a cup of water
One banana
One kiwi
One half of an avacoado
A small slice of fresh ginger
A squeeze of lemon
Blend up all the ingredients in a blender, pour it over in a bowl and decorate with banana, kiwi, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds or nuts!
If you see this thing and think “It doesn’t look yummy, but it’s healthy”, you’re wrong. It actually taste very good. It gives me so much energy and I feel so fresh after eating it.
