Cheap, healthy and quick - perfect for me today when I’m sick!
This smoothie bowl is made of:
1 banana
1 cup of raspberries and strawberries
2 spoons of chia seeds
1/2 a cup of almond milk
1 spoon of coconut oil
And it’s decorated with cape gooseberries, persimmon, kiwi, shredded coconut and some chia seeds.
I got sick yesterday, just in time for the holiday. Yay!!
That’s why I try to eat extra veggies and fruits.
