The summer is back here in Norway, just in time for my birthday! My friend made me a delicious taco salad and we actually enjoyed it outside!

Salsa, guacamole, beef, cheese, salad! Told you it was very Scandinavian! 😂
No chili, lime or cilantro in sight! (Of course I appreciate that too, but this is how our very Norwegian parents would be “crazy” and make something wild from the culinary world when we were kids.
And of course we would stuff all of this in pita bread.
Norwegian tacos - almost no flavor!

Tonight: celebrating my 31 birthday! Wish me luck!
