For the beginning of the day is perfect oatmeal. It envelops the stomach and gently starts digestion. But since many people prefer quick-cooking oat flakes, porridge should be filled with useful fruit.
For "correct" oatmeal you will need the following.
Take 120 grams of oatmeal "Hercules", fill with hot water and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
Prepare 1 small grapefruit: peel it from the zest, divide into slices and remove the film.
When the porridge is ready, add the pieces of citrus, a handful of raisins, 1 tsp of any nuts and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix thoroughly.
A light and healthy Breakfast is ready.
