80g of thick cream
3 eggs

100g of dark chocolate
100g whole liquid cream
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Butter a mold to miss (from 20 to 22 cm
of diameter) and reserve.
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave
wave or in a water bath.
Add sugar, flour, baking powder,
fresh cream and eggs and whisk the
mixed.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at
180 ° C.
At the end of the oven, let cool before
unmold.
Then prepare the chocolate icing.

chocolate and mix well.
