It contains 3.7% carbohydrates, 3-5% fat, 4.5% protein, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, all fat and water-soluble vitamins too. These all are required by the body for normal functioning and growth of the body.

Milk contains potassium, which is an important component of the human body to maintain blood pressure. If blood pressure strikes, then it can cause damage to heart and blood vessels. Calcium not only makes the bones strong but also plays an important role in blood vessels synthesis. Calcium makes the vessels elastic so that can bear some extra pressure.
