This healthy and delicious recipe is so so simple yet just too delicious!
INGREDIENTS
-a cup of plant milk( i used soy milk)
-a cup of whole wheat flour
-2tbs of maple syrup or healthy sweetener
-1 tbs of vanilla extract
-1 tbs of cinnamon
-1 teaspoon of oil for cooking (optional, as i used a non stick pan)
-fruit of your choice ( i used mango and strawberries)
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
-mix 1 tbs of natural peanut butter or almond butter with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Then add in another tablespoon of cacao for the chocolate flavour!
-add in more liquid to get your desired consistency
METHOD
-heat your non stick pan on medium heat. Use the oil to help the cooking process if necessary.
-pour desired amount (half a cup) to fill just the bottom layer of the pan. do not drown the pan !
-cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
-fold into a roll
-top with fresh seasonal fruit, goji berries and buckwheat for extra nutrition
The recipe makes up to 6 crepes :)
