Nothing like celebrating the New Year by blowing your nose at midnight right? That's how I spent mine!
To ease your throat, boost your immunity and warm you up from the inside. Here is a simple recipe I have been sipping that uses super anti-inflammatory turmeric, pain and nausea relieving ginger, throat soother and antioxidant honey and heart healthy almond milk.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tbsp Honey (local or organic is best to get the most out of its properties.
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a pot
- Bring to a boil using medium heat
- Remove off heat, grab your tissues and a blanket and curl up to watch your favourite show. Proceed to heal!
