A friend is celiac so we made these gluten free onion rings. They’re very simple to make!
Just slice and separate the onion rings, then dip in beaten egg, then dip and coat with corn starch, and fry in hot oil.
With the egg in one bowl and the cornstarch in another, it’s a very quick operation to use one fork to dip in the egg, then another form to dip and swirl in the starch.
