I was craving Chinese food (well, I’m always craving Chinese food) and so I thought I would make some “healthy” chow Mein!
I spiralized some daikon and boiled it for about five minutes, or until they become soft and translucent.
I also spiralized some cabbage because it’s really quick to shred it up, and I sliced up some celery and a red pepper for color and heat. George likes his chicken spicy! Well my name isn’t George and this is turkey instead of chicken, but whatever lol.
So basically I heated up enough oil to coat the bottom of the skillet and stir fried the noodles, cabbage, celery, and red pepper. Then I added salt and pepper, soy sauce, and finished the dish off with a little rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sliced green onions.
It’s delicious!
