Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it's easy to make a healthy and delicious breakfast. There are plenty of options and endless combinations you can make. Here is the healthy breakfast I made.
I have been juicing daily since I have been lucky enough to have access to this wonderful juicer. Today's juice was made with carrots, celery, spinach, lemon and ginger. The ginger added a nice kick to this delicious juice. An apple would make a good addition for next time.
I have been creating my own cereal as I find it healthier and more delicious. Here I started with granola, adding almonds, walnuts and coconut flakes. Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds would make a great addition. Then I add a scoop of almond butter, squirt some honey in there and top with almond milk. This bowl of cereal is both healthier and more delicious than anything you can buy in the store. It's so good that I always drink all of the milk, which is something I've never done before. I even prefer it to a bowl of ice cream to satisfy my sweet tooth.
