Preparation:
Move the dough several times. Then spread it on your fountain top with your fingers and shape it like a boat. Optionally, you can make several small rolls instead of one large. Put it in a baking sheet on a baking sheet.
First put the ricotta inside, then sprinkle the feta cheese and finally the grated mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Before you can cook the bread, you can sprinkle it with spices of your choice.
Remove the tray from the oven and in the middle of the bread roll an egg. Finish the ends with a little butter and reheat until the egg is ready.
