Pudding is a good food to eat in the summer because soft jelly melts right in the mouth (like flan cake). The two main ingredients in this dish are bean milk and peanut butter. Can customize combinations, such as soy milk along with chestnut butter, or in the version below, usually used chicken breast milk in combination with peanut butter.
Material:
- 3 coffeespoons of agar powder (buy Japanese store, Vietnamese type will usually be harder)
- 300ml of water
- 300ml soy milk / chicken beans
- 5 coffeespoons of malt (can be replaced with molasses)
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter (use non-preserved peanut butter)
- a little of sea salt
- a little vani
Making:
Soak the agar for about 20 minutes, while milking also takes 20 minutes, filter the milk before use.
Put all the ingredients in the pot and stirred until the mixture, about 5 minutes.
Filter once for the smooth mixture, then into the glass or mold.
Let cool and put in the refrigerator about 30 minutes to get the delicious pudding. Tada.
