- Prepare a gravy stew ( You can add meat, shrimps or any vegetables you desire)
- Pour a good measure of rice into the stew. (Rice should be too much for the stew)
3.Stir for 2 minutes
4.Add about 2/3 cup of water ( Quantity of water depends on the amount of rice you are cooking. Too much water can make it watery when the rice is cooked) - Cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve with salad or any suitable accompaniment of your choice
