Baklava can crispy and smooth at the same time and makes you happy all time.
You can find Baklava every city of Turkey but espacially Gaziantep is center of the Baklava. There is few brands making very fresh and good Baklava in Gaziantep. But also you can find smilar taste in İstanbul as well.
The pastry comes in numerous shapes, sizes, and flavors; cevizli baklava (walnut baklava) and fistikli baklava (pistachio baklava) are what you see most often in the States: flaky layers of phyllo dough, stacked and brushed with butter and sugar syrup, and then cut into rectangles or diamonds. Choice yours and be happy.
