It is locally called "Chinchinga" here in Ghana but may be widely known as kebab on the international community. This cuisine is one of the favorites of many foreigners into the country. It comes with less price and so good to taste. It can be eaten with many different meals and you simply can't resist its taste.
Many joints in Ghana especially on the streets do have them being sold. Most particularly people prefer to take chinchinga in the evening. It is prepared with beef or goat meat. The addition of onion chopped into a small size with the right seasoning gives it a better taste. Get the Ghanaian chinchinga whenever you make a way here in Africa and you certainly will feel good. A happy new week to all my readers.
