So, tonight I made a super easy dinner. To my surprise, my picky eaters ate it all! I used very few ingredients. It was also semi home made...with a few cheats thrown in. Enjoy!
- chicken thighs
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- olive oil
- mushroom
- 1 packet gravy mix
- water
- broccoli
- seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder and salt)
I just seasoned my chicken...and placed the thighs in a lightly greased (with olive oil) casserole dish.
I mixed a little water with the soup and spread it around on top! Then popped it in the oven on 350.
The chicken cooked about 40 minutes.
I turned the oven up to broil for the last 5-7 minutes (for a crispy crust)
For the mushrooms. I sautéed them with a little olive oil and seasonings. I then added about 3 tbsp of water and sprinkled some of the gravy packet on top. I cooked them until they were soft.
For the broccoli, I simply steamed it...with a little salt and garlic powder...it was just right!
Not a crumb was left on any plate!
