Many of you do not know this, but food influence our bodies in different levels. First, the body uses difference chemicals to absorb different types of foods. Second, the absorbed materials from our food is spread all over the body and thus allows our cells to react to it, even in the genetic level - an extension to "you are what you eat". Raw foods (foods that do not require you to process/heat/cook in order for the to be palatable) are the most basic and nutrient-rich foods we can use, all species have been eating the food raw for hundreds of millions of years.
