When I don't make photos I do other things.

I will share with you something easy and delicious.
Mashed potatoes, oven mushrooms with cream cheese, yellow cheese and garlic (just a little bit) đ¤Šđđ¤
I personally love potatoes made on steam, I put them in big bowl and mashed them with garlic, salt, butter, a little bit olive oil and hot water.
For the mushrooms. I put them in a pan, but first separate the stumps. In a small bowl I mix 5 spoons olive oil and 3 cloves of garlic (pressed) , salt and pepper. Mixed them well and sprinkle the mushrooms. A little bit of water on the bottom , then I put with a little spoon cream cheese in every mushroom.
Bake for 15 min in the middle of the oven on 275° when they are almost ready I put small cubes of yellow cheese on top of every mushroom. Then I let them became golden and crispy .
