Hello! One of my favourite things to do is food photography. We eat with our eyes first, so I try to make my food pretty enough to photograph. :)
For this oatmeal, I cooked one cup of oats with one cup of almond milk and one cup of water. I stir in cinnamon as it heats. I topped it with PB Fit, a powdered peanut butter mixed with a bit of water so it's nice and creamy, cherries, frozen blueberries, banana, and chia seeds.
Simple plant-based eating is best for me. Simple food means whole fruits and veggies and minimally processed ingredients. I hope I can share some of my favourite meals here and that they inspire you to eat more fruits and veggies. :)
