Cheesy Pasta Bowl
Ingredients Used:
-Whole Wheat & Ancient Grains Pasta
-Marinara Pasta Sauce
-Nutritional Yeast
-Hemp Seeds
-Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds
-Tahini
-Guacamole
-Green Beans (well yellowish)
-Broccoli
At the gym today I did a push workout (Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps), 30 min cardio, and abs!
Time I ate Meal: 6pm
Body Fat: 17.4%
