If you are not even a vegetarian, then you should still try this unusual dish.
We need:
several avocados
ground black pepper
salt
chicken eggs
garlic
olive oil
any hard cheese
dill
The first thing to do is find the middle of the avocado and gently cut the fruit in half and extract the bone. To do this, smoothly cut the avocado with a knife and divide, then remove the unnecessary bone. We do so with all the fruits. After that, we take and cut off the edges of each half of the avocado, making the halves on each side flat, in order for all the halves to lie on the table.
On the top of each piece we make shallow incisions on the avocado pulp.
Now, on a fine grater, we rub a little hard cheese.
Then we do something like marinade. A couple of cloves of garlic is passed through garlic, poured into a bowl and mixed with a small amount of salt, add black pepper to taste and a drop of olive oil. Stirred.
Then for each avocado we apply our garlic paste from above. We made the cuttings in order for the garlic to soak better. Leave the pickles for 10 minutes.
We take a few eggs (as much as half of the avocado) and separate the protein from the yolk. Protein is added to the center of the avocado, yolks so far put aside. Now sprinkle the avocado on top with grated cheese, put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven, or grill at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
We take out the baking sheet, and, until the cheese has not had time to freeze, we carefully make a nest in the center of the avocado and put egg yolks there. Slightly top with salt, pepper and sprinkle with dill. The dish is ready!
As a result, it turns out a very tasty and unusual vegetarian snack, suitable for any festive table, to surprise guests for example.
