The 2 dishes from Kerala sound like they would be great to taste! My son, who is from the USA, volunteered in Kerala for 4 months teaching music and ate lots of great food there! He also learned some malayalam and how to write the whole alphabet. He loves to cook and brought spices back from India and has tried to recreate some dishes he ate there.
