Cellophane – 100 gr.
Oyster mushrooms – 100 gr.
Carrots – 1 PC.
Garlic -2 cloves
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 1 PC.
Salt, pepper – to taste.
Soy sauce -2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
Oyster mushrooms – 100 gr.
Carrots – 1 PC.

Soy sauce -2 tbsp.
- Put funchoza in cool water for 30-40 minutes.
- Carrots cut into strips.
- Oyster mushrooms boil 30 minutes.
- Boiled oyster mushrooms finely chop and fry in vegetable oil with carrots for 5 minutes.
- Chop the garlic, add the mushrooms and carrots.
- Tomato finely cut into half rings.
- Add the mushrooms and vegetables tomato and sesame seeds. Fry more 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, add funchoza and soy sauce, simmer 5 minutes.
- The dish is ready.
