2 apples
150 g cottage cheese
100 grams of hard cheese
60 g walnuts
lettuce leaves
honey to taste
2 tsp. lemon juice
Hard cheese cut into small thin pieces or straws. Cut apples in thin slices, removing the core, and at once sprinkle with lemon juice.
Lay out on the dish to serve salad leaves, top with apples, cheese and broken cottage cheese. Add a salad of walnuts and honey to taste.
