Today’s supper, we made fried dumplings.
What you need to make fried dumplings
Flour, yeast, water, vegetables (any kind you like), meat (any kind you like), salt, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, rolling pin, knife.
How to make fried dumplings
1. Making wrappers
1) Sprinkle the yeast into warm water and stir until it dissolves.
2) Pour the warm water with yeast into the flour to make a dough.
3) Place the dough at a warmer place for about 1 hour.
4) Split the dough into small doughs.
5) Roll the small doughs into round shaped wrappers.
2. Preparing fillings
1) Chop vegetables and meat into small pieces
2) Mix chopped vegetables, meat, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and oil in a bowl until they are thoroughly combined.
3. Making dumplings
1) Place the fillings at the wrapper and seal with fingers.
4. Fry dumplings
1) Place some amount of oil in the pan and heat with medium heat.
2) Place the dumplings in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
3) Add some floured water into the pan.
4) Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
今天晚上我们做了煎包。煎包和水饺相似,但又有所不同。
主要有两点不同,一个是,煎包皮用的面是发面;二是,煎包是煎出来的,水饺是煮出来的。
