With this insane weather and severe heat, we crave for delicious cold drinks to cool our body temperature and keep us refreshed and hydrated. In this hot weather we also tend to feel tired, lazy and inactive. To help us stay active and feeling good, it is great to have a healthy and cold drink to keep us going. It gives you energy without making you feel full or lazy. I will be sharing a quick idea on how to make a yummy and healthy drink that is excellent for a hot day.
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 4 kiwi fruit
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- Honey
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Peel and chop the pineapple and kiwi fruit. Blend it with the yogurt and ice cubes and add enough honey to sweeten the drink. Wash and add some mint leaves. Enjoy!
