Hawaii has lots of great breakfast places, but when on the Island of Oahu, I recommend eating at Cinnamons. This place is insanely popular and they've been known to run out of food, so call ahead if you are planning to arrive around 1 pm (they close at 2pm) and especially traveling from remote areas inland. It is certainly worth the wait and they are known for both their Liliko (Passion Fruit) and their Guava Chiffon Pancakes.
If you're unable to make it to Hawaii, they've since opened a location in Las Vegas, NV and they also have a presence in Japan, both Tokyo and Yokohama. Although I cant vouch for the other locations, I'm sure they are just as great.
