Poke is a dish of sushi grade fish which is marinated in soy sauce and seasame seed oil. It is cut into bite sized pieces of fish and served with most things from kukui nuts and Hawaiian seat salt, onions and or seaweed. Poke is very standard in many Hawaiian homes, so the next time you're in Hawaii or Las Vegas (9th Island), why not try some, It's simply ONO!! (Hawaiian for Delicious)
