I love pancakes, but in addition to the western "flap jacks," I'm also a fan of the Japanese savory pancakes called Okonomiyaki. Literally meaning "grilled as you like it" this delicious treat is made from eggs, flour, shredded cabbage, then you can have meat/protein added and it is then topped with condiments. Below you'll find a combination Okonomiyaki with Yakisoba and shrimp. This place had a multitude of combinations that you could think of. I highly recommend you give it a try. Yum!!!!
