We stop to this restaurant out of curiosity, close to us, with great reviews and promises snacks crying for more ?! It has our name down for sure.
The surrounding area hardly reveals what is hidden there. Giríssimo a restaurant, full of paints, and so spacious that has three distinct spaces. The outside welcomes us with a red carpet, a terrace, a wood oven and a whole room in glass that reveals a great TV for game days and socializing and finally the inside, warmly decorated and well chosen, a space that makes us feel at home, literally.
We were looking at the delicious letter and trying to decide what to dinner when Bruno, owner of the space, we came recommend some snacks dishes and a main course to finish, all accompanied by a surprise sangria, highly praised for it .
I do not really could have done better idea, little plates of snacks was just what we were looking for. Or had to have work to choose which would come to the table, Bruno explained to us that, in his opinion, would be the best and that quantities would be ideal for us.
We were expectant !!!!
To our amazement the sangria was cucumber, a novelty that quickly became the favorite fresh, slightly sweet and very soft at the same time, ideal to accompany many dishes that we were arriving at the table.
They arrived the eggs with asparagus and sausage , a batten and a delicious aspect, accompanied by a basket of bread and toast. Hot and humid at the same time and cute, left to melt in the mouth slowly, it goes without saying that vanished in a flash.
Came the second snack, Pica-Pau (beef) with fried egg . They had already seen a woodpecker served this way ?! We do not!!
Only the smell already promised that there had been a very tender meat that almost crumbled in the mouth and a sauce that gave us want to dive all existing bread. There had to come over a basket that no one can resist this sauce.
To accompany these delicious snacks we had some fries crispy and .... SWEET, with a wonderful garlic sauce !! My favorite chips. If we were here was already really happy with this restaurant.
But we were not, had not just come from snacks to the table and had not stopped surprising us. The shrimp with garlic was the next and last. I could have been no better way to end this bustle of snacks. Large enough to get too satisfied with two or three and take to water a few more bits of bread, this wonderful garlic sauce.
And it's time the main course, a delightfully cut meat and served with peppercorns, salt and lemon. A true delight that matched perfectly with the previous shrimp with garlic.
Those who know me already know or that is already more than satisfied, I have to at least try a dessert. And the chocolate mousse homemade fell really well, mainly because it was accompanied by a slice of pie condensed milk .
Only individual mousse dose was enough to divide by four, a huge full of freshly baked homemade mousse ?! TORNADO IS A DREAM REALITY !!! And the slice of condensed milk cake was divine, it seemed those convent sweets made by our grandmothers.
It was impossible to leave happy this restaurant sneak, it has little.
I was very curious with a slate that was in the room and said that the Sunday at lunch , had snacks rotation .
It seems that we will return there soon Chico Fininho !!!!
