But avoiding calories is not synonymous with giving up good food. Therefore, we propose these three low fat recipes to spend a good summer enjoying the best dishes.
Steamed hake with vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 supreme hake
- 4 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 400 g of pumpkin
- 200 g of green beans
- 200 g of Brussels sprouts
- Some broccoli sprouts
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Pimentón de la Vera
- Olive oil and salt
Preparation
Filete the hake , removing the spines and skin. Clean the vegetables well and then chop them. Steam everything for about 10 minutes and add some garlic slices, your dish will be delicious.
Lemon chicken breast

- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 potatoes
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic
- Black pepper
- Olive oil and salt
Preparation
The first step is filleting the breasts, then marinate them with lemon and chopped garlic. In parallel, cut the potatoes in baker mode and put them in a baking dish at 200 degrees, along with the maceration. Lastly, introduce the breasts in grill mode.
Cod Papillote with vegetables

- 4 servings of fresh or desalted cod loin
- 2 carrots
- 300 g of flat green beans
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the beans, carrots and potatoes and arrange them in superimposed layers in a baking dish. Add a little chopped garlic and season it all. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare the slices of fish to finally bake.
