Ingredients:
- 50 gr butter
- 50 gr diluted sugar, for the upper layer
- 2 yellow eggs
- 100 gr liquid cream
- 1 small pack of vanilla sugar
- 300 gr molten chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of bitter powdered cocoa Preparation : Sprinkle the butter with the diluted sugar until it becomes a cream and add, constantly working, the egg yolks, one after the other. Sprinkle the cream and wipe there the vanilla sugar. Squeeze the creamy butter on the cream with butter, mix the chopped chocolate and leave it in the fridge to cool. Using a spoon, form the pellets and dip them into powdered cocoa. Let them cool in the refrigerator until you serve them.
