I have become a total junkie for wraps after I made the choice to switch to a vegetarian diet.
The process of making them is quite low effort which suits me well, and you can produce a abundance of difference versions of them easily. Usually I'm able to throw a few together in just a couple of minutes.
Today I made whole wheat wraps filled with salad, fried onions, fried sweet potato cubes, mozzarella cheese, aioli and two different type of meat substitutes. Interestingly enough one of the meat substitutes was made mainly from kale & broccoli.
