Let me share this photo seasonal vegetables with souted shrimp and grilled salmon..
Vegetables is choice for vegetarians lover and salmon is perfect choice for your daet and shrimp that content of omega -3 and omega-6 essential witch is good for the brain and immune system...
How I make it ? It's simple ...
I only use;
Salmon
Shrimp
Taiwan pitchay
Brocolli flower
Onion
Onion lecks
Ginger
Garlic
Carrot
Salt
Ground pepper
Sugar
Chicken powder
Oyster sauce
Cooking oil
Cooking wine
Sesame oil
Water
Slory
For preparing ;
Boil seasonal vegetables for 3 to 4 minute and drain.And those it with salt & pepper and after that set it in plate..
remember the vegetables is half cook it's cranchie if you bite it...
Then rub the salmon with salt & pepper and those the shrimp,onion,onion lecks, garlic, and carrots and add sesame oil, cooking wine, water and oyster sauce. Then wait until it first boil after boiling put slory to make it little sticky.. Then set it in the top of veggies..
