Sambel udang with perang tahu ala
Bahan:
- 600 gr Udang
- 1 buah Kentang (ukuran sedang)
- Tahu secukup nya
- 3 Cabai (Cabe) Rawit Merah
- 6 cabai merah
- 3 Bawang Merah
- 2 bawang putih
- 1 buah Tomat
- secukupnya Garam + Gula Putih (sebagai penyedap rasa)
- secukupnya Minyak Goreng
Cara membuat:
bumbu halus:
blender cabe, bawang dan tomat sampai setengah halus (sesuai selera)
Goreng kentang + tahu, sisihkan. Goreng udang sampai berubah warna (setengah matang saja) sisihkan
lalu tumis bawang merah rajang 1 bh aja setelah kekuningan dan harum masukkan bumbu halus, gula, garam + minyak goreng 5 sdm aduk sampai bumbu tercampur rata, tunggu hingga bumbunya setengah masak dan rasa sambel nya pas masukkan udang nya tunggu hingga bener² masak.
3.kalau sudah masak lalu masukkan kentang goreng + tahu, angkat dan sajikan
lebih enak kalo ditaburi daun bawang (hari ini persediaan lagi habis)
