We are still in quarantine, not only Venezuelans but the entire world, I still have a hard time assimilating everything that happens on our planet, the number of people who have died from COVID-2019 is unfortunate.
Due to all this sudden confinement, we have had to reinvent ourselves, do new things, our whole routine has changed and we have to do what we can from home, of course those of us who like cooking want to experiment or simply do what provokes us.
Some time ago, when I visited some friends' house, they gave me a taste of a bananas ice cream, but what attracted my attention the most was that they prepared it in front of me ... so no easier and faster from the blender direct to the ice cream cup. The idea I liked gave me a brief explanation and I said I will do it at home, but within one thing and another I had not encouraged myself to do it...
With this confinement and these hot days I get an ice cream, they had given me two bananas and I said I'll make that ice cream!
Preparation for a glass of ice cream:
Peel two bananas and chop, freeze (previously the night before).
On the day of preparing the ice cream and serving, take the bananas out of the freezer and place it in the blender, to help liquefy, add a splash of liquid milk and that's it.
It is just frozen bananas with a little liquid milk, no sugar, the bananas must be ripe but not black.
They can decorate with syrup to taste, and colored sparks, or peanut rain, the presentation will be as you like.
I confess that the glass you see with the napkin was the first result, and then I bought bananas and I stay better more consistent and it is the other two presentations.
I hope you dare to do it, the bananas are one of the cheapest fruits, it does not have many ingredients and even the boys at home can do it.
