Scotch Egg version of Potato and Tofu

Material:
• 500gr Potatoes (fried & crushed) | 1 box of tofu (poached, drained, smashed)
• 20btr Quail egg (boiled)
• 1bh Carrot (small diced)
• 2bh Leeks (cut)
• 1sdm Tapioca / maizena starch
Ground spices:
• 4 Cloves Bawmer
• 2 cloves Bawput
• Pepper socket
• Salt as firm
• Broth non msg sckpnya cow
Outside coating materials:
• 5sdm Wheat flour
• 200gr Non-preservative Panko Panzer Flour
• 1bh Eggs
How to make:
- Mashed potatoes and tofu mixed with fine spices
- Combine carrots and spring onions on both doughs, mix well
- For the dough to know so easily molded tapioca flour, do not mostly ya later chewy so
- Shape round and dough batter, then give quail eggs.Round it again
- Scroll the dough that contains quail eggs on the flour, dip in the chicken egg then roll back on the flour panir
- Heat and fry until browned
After washed clean try potatoes drained / dried for easy formation, freshly fried (avoid frying too dry).immediately destroy the potato salam hot condition
Similarly dg batter tofu after boiled, try in the condition not much water
