4 SPECIAL TYPES OF JAPANESE
In Japan there are many types of noodles and noodles are also one of the favorite Japanese food. There are four popular types in Japan:
♨ Udon Noodle is made from wheat flour, quite thick fiber. Long, soft and cool.
♨ Soba noodles are customary on the last day of the year to see off the old year, welcome a new year of luck and health.
♨ Somen noodles are very thin and are often served cold with vegetables, fruit or other meat.
♨ Ramen Ramen is a very sophisticated soup, formed from the merging of Dashi and Tare.
